New build – 5 bedroom detatched home, Rathmichael, D.18

In this new build home our brief was to create a luxurious yet relaxing and comfortable space, using a base of neutral colours throughout. We layered lots of textures throughout the rooms, mixing in a range of materials to bring warmth and interest to the spaces. The interior was a blank canvas when we started work and we took the home from concept to completion, paying close attention to the inside and the outside in order to maximise the fantastic natural light flooding through the larger windows. We commissioned bespoke furniture in keeping with the large scale of the rooms and added lighting and soft furnishings to complement the space. We incorporated electric window blinds and custom made curtains into the design scheme. The flooring is a mixture of natural limestone and matt lacquered solid oak downstairs with luxurious soft touch carpeting in the bedrooms. The stunning bespoke kitchen is a hand painted two tone design in navy and soft grey with a polished quartz island worktop.
